shipping & returns
orders tend to be processed within 1-4 business days - therefore, orders placed after 11 am on Friday usually don't ship until monday or tuesday.
we ship USPS First Class Mail, which can be tracked by either clicking the link in your confirmation email or by visiting www.usps.com
we turn on expedited shipping just around the holidays (usually), but feel free to email email@example.com if you want expedited shipping and it's not listed as an option. if available, it's an additional $5 for 1-3 Day USPS Priority (speed varies by location) and priced-per-order for UPS Overnight or 2-Day
please note that shipping notifications are automatically generated when the label is created, and usually hit the mail system the following business day.
we're a very very small business (like, really small). we always try to do things faster than the above, but ya know, just want to manage expectations.
we are happy to take returns, no questions asked, within 100 days of purchase. if you paid via paypal and it's been over 30 days, you will have to accept a paypal payment back as your refund, since that's how our systems work as of now. cool?
if you want to return something, we ask that you pay return shipping. if you want to guarantee your refund, use a trackable method. if you like to live dangerously, there's an easier way - you can use the packaging you got, affix 3 stamps for every 2 sets of bracelets ordered (almost all orders are covered with 3 stamps), and drop in any mailbox or give to your letter carrier.
